1. User Roles

2. Logging In

• 1 Open the browser and go to the server address (see Section 6)
• 2 Enter your Username and Password
• 3 Press Enter or click Login
• 4 You will be redirected to the page matching your role

3. Data Entry

Used to record cooler component serial numbers by scanning barcodes or typing manually.

Step-by-step

• 1 Include Cooler SN? — Choose Yes to show the Cooler SN field, or No to skip it
• 2 Number of Shelves — Select 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 (default is 4). The correct number of shelf rows will appear
• 3 Side Panel SN — Scan or type the Side Panel serial number (primary field)
• 4 Side Panel MAC — Scan or type the MAC address
• 5 Cooler SN — Fill in if selected in step 1
• 6 For each shelf: enter the Shelf SN and Shelf Barcode (up to 70 characters)
• 7 Click Save

Barcode Scanning

• 1 Tap the camera icon next to any field
• 2 Point the camera at the barcode
• 3 The value fills in automatically and moves to the next field

4. Reports

Sorting

Click the Date or Time column headers to sort ascending or descending.

Edit / Delete a Record

• 1 Find the record in the table
• 2 Click ✎ to edit, or 🗑 to delete (end of row)
• 3 For edit: modify the fields and click Save

Export to Excel

• 1 Apply filters if needed
• 2 Click Export to Excel (green button)
• 3 An .xlsx file will download automatically

5. User Management (Admin only)

Add a User

• 1 Click + Add User
• 2 Fill in Username, Display Name, Role, and Password
• 3 Click Save

Edit a User

• 1 Click Edit next to the user
• 2 Change the fields — leave the password field blank to keep the current password
• 3 Click Save

Password Requirements

All passwords must contain:

• At least 8 characters
• At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
• At least one lowercase letter (a–z)
• At least one number (0–9)
• At least one special character (!@#$%^&* etc.)

Delete a User

• 1 Click Delete next to the user
• 2 Confirm the deletion

Change Your Own Password

Any logged-in user can change their own password — no Admin required:

• 1 Click the 🔐 Password button in the top navbar
• 2 Enter your current password
• 3 Enter and confirm your new password (must meet requirements above)
• 4 Click Save

Required for HTTPS access (phone/remote). The certificate file is cert.pfx, password: shekel2026.
